- Places that block the apps and websites that pull you away when you arrive, and bring them back when you leave. Collections with daily limits, a Schedule with your history, and a Focus timer from 5 to 120 minutes.
- Every block is Strict, with no snooze. End one sooner with your unblock tag or an early unlock (5 a week, after a 10-second wait), or answer a quiz card right to open one app for 5 minutes. Emergency ends every block when you need it.
- Presence, one number that carries over from your recent days, and Explore, with your path and your plan. Swaps for something real to do instead, and Block together for a block with friends.
